RDS provides AI visibility checks (“AI Snapshot”), audits, and related digital services. Results may vary based on factors outside our control (platform changes, third-party data sources, competitor activity, etc.). We do not guarantee rankings, revenue outcomes, or a specific level of visibility.

User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when submitting forms or purchasing services.
You will not use the site to upload malicious content, spam, or attempt unauthorized access.
You are responsible for decisions you make based on our recommendations.

Payments

Payments for paid services are processed through Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method. Pricing and inclusions are described on the relevant service pages.

Refunds

Because audits involve time, analysis, and processing, refunds may be limited once work begins. If you believe there was an error or you did not receive a deliverable, contact support and we will review it.

Intellectual Property

Our website content, branding, layouts, systems, and deliverables are owned by RDS or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute our materials without written permission.

Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, RDS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services. Our total liability for any claim related to paid services will not exceed the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
